Return and Refund Policy

At MT Blades our customers are extremely important to us. We strive for excellence and aim to achieve complete satisfaction in both the quality of our products and our customer service. 

All product/items can be returned to us within 14 days for an immediate full refund if the item has not been unpacked or removed from its postage packaging. 

If the product/item has been removed from its postage packing a full refund maybe made at our discretion within 14 days upon the return and inspection of the undamaged product/item.  

If you believe a product to be defective or damaged in transit please contact us.  We will work with you to provide a solution which may include a product exchange or refund.

It is important to us that your order is correctly compiled, sent on time and that you are happy with the service you receive.  Should your order be incorrectly compiled please let us know and we will rectify the mistake as a matter of priority. 

You agree to cover the costs of any product/items returns however in the case of products/items that arrive damaged or defective, we at our discretion will pay for the damaged or defective product/item return and for the replacement product/item (including delivery). Should you believe that the product/item arrived damaged or defective we require photographic evidence from you to support your case.
